Healthy is relative as not all bodies are born the same, conform the same nor move the same. You also need more than ocular proof to determine health and one does not need to body-shame others to build themselves up. If a body type isn’t desirable so be it, search elsewhere for a preferable size that fits your idea of sex appeal, just make sure you’re not following someone else’s standard of beauty; sexy has a broad scope and sometimes all you have to do is widen the lens and/or adjust the focus or maybe open your mind a bit more. Also, when you don’t fit conventional standards of beauty there’s an expectancy to shrink in shame, many not realizing that what differentiates you can actually be illuminating. What others find as a “shadow” feature/trait can be spotlighted and serve as a means of strength. Anybody can be sexy and any..body..can..be..sexy.
